About these terms
Eatfuls is operated by Linas Lekavicius, Untuliu 28, Vilnius, 11112 Lithuania, contactable at linas8@gmail.com. These terms describe use of the Eatfuls app and website. Last updated: September 22, 2026. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. The iOS app is also licensed under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Your account
Use accurate account information and keep access to your Apple Account secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Do not impersonate others, circumvent service limits, automate abusive requests or interfere with other users or the service.
Your photos and contributions
You retain rights to content you contribute. You give Eatfuls permission to host, process and display it as needed to provide features you use, including sharing settings you select. Only upload material you have the right to use. Do not post unlawful, abusive, infringing or objectionable content. Reports can be made in the app or by email; we may remove content or restrict accounts when needed to address abuse.
Free access and Eatfuls Plus
Eatfuls offers free access with collection limits and optional Plus purchases. The current free plan allows collecting in one collection country, 50 successful photo captures per UTC month, and up to 100 eligible food memories from before account creation through library scanning. A free collection country can be changed once every three calendar months. Plus removes these plan limits and enables worldwide collecting. Technical, security and fair-use safeguards still apply. Available benefits and prices are shown before purchase.
Subscriptions and lifetime access
Monthly and yearly Plus plans renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple Account. The lifetime option is a one-time, non-renewing purchase for Plus access for the lifetime of the Eatfuls service. Apple displays the price and billing terms before you confirm. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings; uninstalling the app or deleting your Eatfuls account does not cancel billing. Use Restore Purchases to recover eligible access. Refund requests are handled through Apple, subject to applicable law.
Food information and AI
Food descriptions, origins and AI matches may be incomplete or incorrect. Eatfuls is for discovery and recording experiences, not medical, allergy, dietary-safety or professional advice. Check ingredients and food safety directly with the relevant provider. Rankings and achievements are recreational and have no monetary value.
Privacy and ending use
Our Privacy Policy explains data handling and AI sharing. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion in Profile → Settings. A seven-day cancellation period applies to scheduled account deletion. Contact us if you need help accessing or deleting your data.
Service changes and contact
Features may change as Eatfuls develops. We will communicate material changes where required and respect applicable consumer rights. For support, content concerns or questions about these terms, email linas8@gmail.com.
